Results of AGM

We notify the Australian Stock Exchange in accordance with Rule 3.13.2 of the Listing Rules and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act that the members at the Annual General Meeting of IDT on 31 October 2003 passed all resolutions on a show of hands. Proxy votes exercisable by all proxies validly appointed were as follows:

Resolution (1) : Re-election of Mr A. Blackman
