The directors of Institute of Drug Technology Australia Limited ("IDT") are pleased to announce that Mr Adrian McKenzie has been appointed Company Secretary. Mr McKenzie has served IDT in the role of the finance manager for the last 5 years and the board looks forward to his on-going contribution in this area in addition to his new role as Company Secretary for IDT.

The Directors also wish to announce the resignation as Company Secretary of Mr Robert Burnet and Mrs Paulene Blackman. Mr Robert Burnet will continue in his role as the non-executive director of IDT.
